Quick, fun project
My 2 & 4 year old granddaughters love this set. It was simple to do and stitched out quickly. I thought it would be good to have 1 of the handles sewn in so at step 12 on the manger tote I taped the ends of a 12" ribbon in place to make a handle before adding the felt. I hot glued the other handle in place as shown in step 18. Also I thought the back of the tote needed a little more body. If I were to make another one at step 14 I would fold my felt in half and press the crease. I would place this on the back of the hoop with the crease at the top of the tote and run the tack down stitch as shown in step 15. I also thought we needed some shepherds so I made 2 extra Joseph figures and called them shepherds!
