Comes with easy to follow instructions with pictures.  Fast and easy to make. Make them with vinyl or felt. Window on back is made with clear vinyl. Also includes a PDF files with the 9 Address Labels made to fit the tag. Simply print them and cut them out. These are great for backpacks too!!
