Please note that the measurements are for actual stitched out design, not including ribbon.
Ribbon length is designers choice.
If making the larger design you will need to use a heavy duty stabalizer or felt for desing to keep its shape.
Otherwise, gluing cardboard to the back of finished design is a great alternative.
